Delete your TeachAI IB account

You can permanently delete your TeachAI IB account and the data linked to it at any time.

Delete it in the app

  • Sign in at ib.teachai.io or in the TeachAI IB app.
  • Open Profile, then Security and account.
  • Select Delete account permanently and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email trust@teachai.io from the address you used for TeachAI IB, with the subject “Delete my TeachAI IB account”. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account, then delete it and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

  • Any Plus or Pro subscription is cancelled first, so you are not charged again.
  • Your generation jobs, resources and stored generated files.
  • Your study profile, token wallet, referral code, quota records and verification-email records.
  • Your Firebase sign-in identity.

Stripe keeps the payment records it is required to keep by law. Limited security records or encrypted backups may remain briefly before they are deleted or de-identified. Settings stored only on your device stay there until you clear the app’s or site’s data.
